*** NOTE: The names of the players from the 1955-56 season are unavailable. Research indicates that the year was a very tough one as long-time Coach Bob Roman transferred to a new school mid-season. Abe Sharkey (pictured) filled the coaching vacancy for the rest of the season. Also apparently 4 of the starting five were dropped from the team for various reasons. All of this was unfortunate for Automotive which had been tied for 1st after going 5-0 to start the season. They would finish 4th after all the turmoil. ***
