Boys Varsity 'A' League Playoffs
PSAL A PLAYOFFS
NOTE: In the very earliest years of the PSAL, the league appears to have constantly
experiment with the teams it allowed, and how to construct a regular season and/or playoffs.
In 1906-07, the regular season champ would be delared city champion. At the season's conclusion
3 teams were deadlocked for 1st place (Commerce, Stuyvesant and Townsend Harris)
A three game series would be played to determine the city champion and runner-up.
PSAL CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES:
Game 1: March 2nd (At ???):
Townsend Harris 12 - Commerce 11
Game 2: March 6th (At the Lenox Lyceum):
Townsend Harris 13 - Stuyvesant 11 (Harris wins city title!)
Game 3: March 9th (At Savage's Gymnasium):
Commerce 27 - Stuyvesant 19 (Commerce is the city runner-up!)
